Details surrounding the album were accidentally leaked by a South Korean music store, who listed the album on their website before Universal Sigma had announced it. On July 29, 2013, Universal Sigma announced that Kara would be releasing a fourth Japanese album in August. It was announced that the album would be released in three editions: CD+DVD Type A, CD+DVD Type B and CD Only First Press edition. CD Only First Press edition comes with a bonus track, "Happy Happy Love". CD+DVD Type A comes with the standard edition tracklist plus a DVD featuring footage of Kara's Japanese fan meeting, held at Yokohama Arena on June 23, 2013, "Kamilia School". CD+DVD Type B also comes with the standard edition tracklist and a DVD featuring previous live performances by Kara. All editions come with a lyric booklet.
